The Master 2 “The New Social Economy” of the University Toulouse Jean Jaurès celebrated its 20th anniversary (2000-2020) on Saturday 25 September 2021. Jacques Prades, its founder, concluded his speech during the opening conference of the day with this slogan modelled on “Socialism or barbarism”
