On August 25th, 2018, Chicago cooperators gathered together for an unprecedented a series of conversations highlighting recent cooperative developments in food systems, shared housing, city budgeting, land use, and political organizing. While similar efforts in the past have been made to bring alignment between these ideas, rarely have they foregrounded such a diverse range of practitioners from the city.
